Yoga as therapy
Different limbs and practices of yoga (both physical and psychological) are used here as tools or as therapies to heal or to prevent physical and emotional health issues. This includes asanas, modified forms of asanas & exercises, pranayama, other breathing exercises, relaxation, guided meditation, counselling, Yogic diet. These are simple and safe practices which are taught and supervised by experts.
We will be prescribed yoga therapy for issues like digestive problems, constipation, back pain, neck pain, headache, body ache, arthritis, gynaecological problems, infertility, hypertension, stress and tension, anxiety and depression, obesity, asthma, bronchitis, post Covid-19 care etc…
[These are customized programs based on the requirement of individuals. Therapy sessions are mostly one to one or may be in groups some times.]
